5. General Delivery Terms

Delivery service is only available within Singapore. The following general areas are not available for delivery service organised by RI LUXURY PTE LTD: Sentosa, army camps, airports, restricted areas etc.

Any changes to the delivery details should be emailed to hello@laderach.com.sg at least 3 working days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Details that are possible to be changed include the delivery recipient’s name, delivery location (subject to updated delivery charges), and delivery date (subject to delivery slot availability). Changes to the items ordered are not allowed.

Any changes to the delivery details requested less than 3 working days prior to the scheduled delivery date will be subject to an additional charge of SGD $35, along with any other applicable charges.

Delivery to offices will be directed to the designated office reception, collection point, or office mail room. As most offices do not allow delivery personnel to send items directly to the recipient inside the office, the personnel at the office reception, collection point, or mail room will acknowledge receipt on behalf of the delivery recipient and be responsible for passing the item on to the delivery recipient. RI LUXURY PTE LTD will not be liable should the personnel fail to pass the item on to the delivery recipient.

RI LUXURY PTE LTD reserves the right to reject a delivery service request for any order even after payment has been made. In the event where the delivery service cannot be provided by us, RI LUXURY PTE LTD will provide the customer with the option to cancel and refund the order, or to proceed with the order and refund the delivery service charge if any.

Delivery service timings available are as stated at the point of purchase, but may be subject to change.

As RI LUXURY PTE LTD generally works with third-party delivery service providers, RI Luxury Pte Ltd shall not be held liable for failure to deliver on time due to foreseen or unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle’s breakdown, traffic conditions and/or any other circumstances that extend beyond our control.

RI LUXURY PTE LTD shall not be held liable for any failed deliveries if there is no recipient or personnel to receive the delivery at the time of delivery. When making the order, the customer should ensure that there will be someone to receive the order on the delivery date selected. RI LUXURY PTE LTD will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer, but RI LUXURY PTE LTD will not be held liable if the customer cannot be contacted.

In the event of a failed delivery, RI LUXURY PTE LTD will contact the customer to arrange for a redelivery with a re-delivery fee of SGD $10. The redelivery period will be within the next 3 working days of the failed delivery date.

RI LUXURY PTE LTD will not be held liable for any failed deliveries as a result of incomplete information being provided by the customer. Customers should ensure that the full and correct address has been provided, along with contact information such as a mobile number. Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may result in a delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee of SGD $10 will be applicable if the delivery fails as a result of incomplete information being provided.
