FrischSchoggi Hazelnut Cinnamon Blond – is being released just in time for the festive season. Its seductive scent of fine Ceylon cinnamon, generous amounts of which we stirred into the fresh chocolate when it was still warm, works in perfect harmony with our caramelized Piedmont hazelnuts. In contrast to the stronger Cassia cinnamon, Ceylon cinnamon tastes more aromatic and gives our blond chocolate an especially elegant touch.
Hazelnuts 28%, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, whey, butter (milk), maltodextrin, ground cinnamon 1%, vegetable oils (rapeseed), emulsifier (soya lecithin, sunflower lecithin), natural flavour, cocoa powder.
