Are store pick-ups available?
Online orders are only available for delivery. Store pick-ups are not available at the moment.
Do you deliver on weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays?
We currently do not deliver on weekends, eve of public holidays, and public holidays.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery service is only available within Singapore. The following general areas are not available for delivery service: Sentosa, army camps, airports, restricted areas etc.
Delivery to offices will be directed to the designated office reception, collection point, or office mail room. As most offices do not allow delivery personnel to send items directly to the recipient inside the office, the personnel at the office reception, collection point, or mail room will acknowledge receipt on behalf of the delivery recipient and be responsible for passing the item on to the delivery recipient. If the office reception is unable to acknowledge receipt on behalf of the delivery recipient, our couriers will contact the recipient and arrange for him/her to collect the delivery at the office lobby.
Customers should ensure that the full and correct address has been provided, along with contact information such as a mobile number. Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may result in a delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee of SGD $12 will be applicable if the delivery fails as a result of incomplete information being provided.
What time can I expect to receive my delivery?
All deliveries will be made between 10:00AM - 5:00PM.
What are the delivery fees?
Delivery fees are SGD $12 for each location.
How do I change my delivery details?
Any changes to the delivery details should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 2 working days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Details that are possible to be changed include the delivery recipient’s name, delivery location (subject to updated delivery charges), and delivery date (subject to delivery slot availability). Changes to the items ordered are not allowed.
What happens if I missed my delivery?
When making the order, please ensure that there will be someone to receive the order on the delivery date selected. Our couriers will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer, but will not be held liable if the customer cannot be contacted.
As our chocolates are highly perishable, our delivery partners have been given strict instructions to return the chocolates to our warehouse should there be no one to receive it during delivery.
Our team will contact the customer to arrange for a re-delivery with a re-delivery fee of SGD $12. The redelivery period will be within the next 3 working days of the failed delivery date.The redelivery date will only be confirmed upon receipt of the re-delivery fee.
Can I change or cancel my order after confirmation?
All our chocolates are packed fresh upon receiving your order. Unfortunately, no refunds or cancellations are allowed after orders have been confirmed. Customers should check that the item(s), flavours, and quantities are correct before confirming and paying for the order.
