The Läderach x Brotherbird collaboration ran from the 20 - 27 August 2021.
For the second collaboration in the series. Brotherbird Bakehouse has teased our signature 56% dark chocolate couvertures into a silky-smooth chocolate pastry cream that’s piped into croissants inspired by our iconic FrischSchoggi™. Each Läderach x Brotherbird Bundle contains 200g FrischSchoggi (Pistachio Dark, Coconut Milk and Strawberry Curd White) and 3 croissants.
FrischSchoggi™ Pistachio Dark
Cocoa: 56% min. Ingredients: cocoa paste, sugar, pistachios 17%, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural flavouring substances, cocoa powder, colouring (E100). May contain egg, milk, other gluten (incl. wheat), other nuts.
FrischSchoggi™ Coconut Milk
Cocoa: 36% min. Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, dried coconut flakes 11%, cocoa paste, skimmed milk powder, vegetable oils (sunflower, coconut), lactose, vegetable fats (illipe, shea), clarified butter (milk), emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural flavour, natural flavouring substances, cocoa powder. May contain egg, other gluten (incl. wheat), other nuts.
FrischSchoggi™ Strawberry Curd White
Cocoa: 36% min. Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, strawberries 3%, skimmed milk powder, dextrose, rice flour, curd powder (milk), acidifier (E330, E270), maltodextrin, natural flavour, wheat malt flour, emulsifier (soya lecithin), corn flour, natural flavouring substances, wheat flour, stabilizer (E327), modified starch, cocoa powder. May contain egg, other gluten (incl. wheat), other nuts.
