The third in our series of collaborations highlighting our cocoa beans, Läderach collaborates with local artisanal dessert brand, Sunday Folks, to tease our 56% dark chocolate couverture into delicious marshmallow tea cakes. The tea cakes are available in the Wonder Holiday Gift Set.
Inspired by Läderach’s delicious slabs of FrischSchoggi (Fresh Chocolate), Sunday Folks has crafted a duo of teacakes hand piped with freshly made marshmallow and enrobed with a delicate layer of hand painted 56% Läderach dark chocolate. These wonderful gems are the perfect sweet accompaniment for the holiday season.
